Container Delivery and Installation

Getting your container on site is quick and easy. Give us a call, or go online and we'll have it delivered exactly where you want it, when you want it. It's all thanks to a highly refined transportation system and strategically located SiteBox Storage distribution hubs.

A 20-foot container needs approximately 50 to 70 feet of straight clearance, depending on the type of delivery equipment available in your area. A 40-foot container would need approximately 100 to 120 feet of straight clearance and an approximate width of 12 feet.

Regional Account Managers

Deb Schmitz

Regional Account Manager

Deb Schmitz has been at SiteBox Storage since October 2019. She is the regional account person for the Wichita area. She handles orders for rentals, sales, and any service needs for customers in the Wichita area. Deb says the best part of her job is just talking to customers daily about solutions for their mobile storage needs. Whether it's on the phone handling questions or visiting them on-site to drop off or pick up their units, she really enjoys getting an opportunity to visit with customers one-on-one.

Outside of work, Deb loves traveling with her husband to new areas. Whether it's in-state locally, out-of-state, or even out-of-country, she loves experiencing new locations and cultures. One of her favorite spots in the U.S. is Charleston. She enjoys its unique charm and the culture of southern hospitality.

Taylor Manfull-Dukes

Regional Account Manager

Taylor Manfull-Dukes has been with SiteBox Storage since October 2018. She covers the portable storage and mobile office needs for Wichita and the surrounding areas. She started in inside sales and eventually transitioned to regional account manager for the Wichita sales area, alongside Deb Schmitz. As a Regional Account Manager for the Wichita, KS area, she builds relationships with customers in and around Wichita. Their customers include construction sites, retail businesses, industrial worksites, and even homeowners. She also procures new and used equipment for all SiteBox regions to sell. This entails growing relationships with vendors throughout the United States and with other members of the National Portable Storage Association (NPSA).

She has always felt welcome on the SiteBox Storage Team. In fact, she says one of her first memories of joining the team was from before she officially started. She has been friends with Brandon Devlin, another insides sales rep, since college, and he included her in the group's Halloween contest. The team won first place for their Hocus Pocus-themed group costume! Taylor says that some of her best friends are also her coworkers.

Outside of work, she loves going to movies, relating that her first job out of high school was at a movie theater. Another of Taylor's passions is pottery. She's taken classes at Wichita's City Arts since 2017 and loves being creative!

Renting versus Buying Portable Storage Containers

  1. Flexibility: Renting a cargo container provides more flexibility compared to leasing or buying. There’s no need for long-term rental agreements, and extension of rental periods can be done with ease, without additional paperwork.
  2. Cost-Effective for Short-Term Use: For short-term needs, renting is more cost-effective. All associated fees, including delivery and pick-up, are included in the first month's rent, eliminating surprise costs later on.
  3. Maintenance-Free: Renters are not responsible for maintenance as the rental company takes care of any necessary repairs, ensuring that the container remains in top condition.
  4. Operational Expense: Renting can be expensed as an operating cost, which might offer financial or tax advantages for certain businesses.
  5. Ease of Use: Businesses or individuals in need of temporary storage or workspace (e.g., for starting a restaurant with a pop-up kitchen) will find renting a cargo container to be a straightforward and hassle-free solution.
  6. No Long-Term Commitment: Renting offers the advantage of not being bound to a long-term financial commitment, providing users the freedom to adapt their storage solutions as their needs change.
  7. Professional Support: Renters have access to expert sales staff and service teams, ensuring they receive the right guidance and assistance throughout their rental period.

In contrast, leasing or buying may offer benefits for long-term use, especially if modifications or branding of the container are desired. However, for many businesses and individuals with temporary, short-term, or fluctuating storage needs, the advantages of renting a cargo container make it a preferred choice.
